How big are the bell tents?

Our bell tents are 5m in size. For the tents to be set up we need a flat grass surface and 7m x7m to allow for the guy ropes.

How big are the sleepover tents?

Our indoor sleepover tents are 120cm x 90cm and our mattresses are 70cm x 160cm. We have deluxe blow up beds for adults and teens which are 73cm x 190cm.

What happens if the weather is bad?

Our tents are waterproof and can handle most weather conditions. In the event that the weather takes a turn for the worst and we have to cancel due to safety concerns we will discuss other options or other dates to reschedule. Unfortunately we can’t control the weather and can’t offer refunds due to this.

When is payment required?

A deposit of 25% (non-refundable) is required to confirm the booking in addition to a completed Booking Form. The remaining balance is due 14 days prior to the booking date. An additional security deposit of £100 will be payable 48 hours before the party. The security deposit is refundable once the equipment has been collected undamaged and fully tested (normally within 48 hours). In the unlikely event that any items are damaged replacement costs will be deducted.

How is your equipment cleaned?

After every use our soft furnishings are washed with non biological washing detergent and all hard surfaces are disinfected.

Do you host the sleepover party?

As much as we would love to stay and enjoy the fun we do not host the party. We do however know a few local companies that are brilliant for entertaining your tribe so please let us know and we can see if they are available to help out.

Can the sleepover tents be used outside?

Unfortunatley our sleepover tents can only be set up inside.

Is there a age limit?

For heath and safety we have a minimun age of 5 years old for our sleepover packages.

How long is the hire period?

Depending on what package you pick will depend on the hire period. Our sleepovers are for 24hrs, we come set up and style your tent and come and collect it by 12 noon the following day.
